Take Your Pick Giveaway

GIVEAWAY

I am having a Giveaway.  You can pick which piece you would like to have.  Just enter a comment below and include the number of the piece you want.  This is a follow up to my What's in the Kiln? post.  All these pieces were in that kiln load except Number 2 which is an earthenware, gloss glazed pendant.  All the others are stoneware that has been fired to Cone 5, over 2100degrees F. and they have been tumbled.  They do not have any gloss glaze.  They are soft, smooth, and rustic.
You may leave your comments through Thanksgiving.  I will annound the winner on Friday Nov. 26.

Good Luck and thank you for reading my Blog

  11. Mary~ Thanks so much for the chance at such a great giveaway. Very tough choice because they all have such great detail and are showcase your marvelous nature inspired style. I almost picked #2 for the shape and the beautiful sunflower, but the details on those thistles are amazing. I would go with #6!

  16. Outstanding! I find No. 4 absolutely fascinating, with the bubble texture contrasting with the shapes of the leaves. Love these taupey, earthy colors. They look like you found them in the forest and put them in your pocket!

  17. All of these are lovely! But I think my favorite is #2...my eye just kept getting drawn to that one.

  19. I think they are all great. I'm going to choose #5 though because no one else did even though #4 is probably my favorite because of the warmth of the finish and the texture. With #5 I like that it is off set, contrasting the smooth finish with the texture of the fern. As I said, they are all very nice. Connie

It's difficult to choose among all the pretty alternatives, but I think I'd go for #5. (#2 is lovely too, but I prefer the matte finish pieces. #1 & #6 are also favourites. God, it's so hard to choose!)

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  48. What a wonderful introduction to your work! Just found your blog, and absolutely love what you've created. I would have to say #4, but all of them are simply incredible. Thank you for sharing your talent!

    ReplyDelete
  49. Any of them would be awesome, but #4 would work with something I already have. Came over from Miss Fickle's blog, great idea to combine with the patina-ted pieces. Thank you for opportunity to dream!

    ReplyDelete
  50. Wow - thank you for giving me this problem!

What a hard choice - they're all beautiful!

I've narrowed it down to the 2 thistles, though - as much as I've hated fighting them for decades in my pastures and yards (they're invasively prolific here), I certainly DO love their beauty and tenacity!

Having one "contained" on a pendant is PERFECT! I can enjoy it without fretting that it'll produce a thousand "babies." Ha!

So, I guess if I win, I'll decide between numbers 1 and 6.

Thank you SO much for this giveaway!

    ReplyDelete
  51. Please enter me! I absolutely adore all of these - how would I ever pick?! Thanks for your generosity :-)
